YSP had terminate their positions and employment contract on 23 January 2021.

She violated of employment contract and basic work rules,

Privately to set up her own trading company without any consent by YSP,

She made her trading company named DBA, worked between YSP and machine buyers.

Deliberately causing price differences to benefit her trading company.

Cause YSP to suffer heavy losses in many cases.

From now on YSP will not be any responsible for the words and behavior of Mrs. An-Chien Cheng (Sandy Cheng)
